Patrick worked with us very closely over almost 2 years to help us transform our run down Victorian terraced house, drawing on his wealth of experience with this type of renovation.
The project involved stripping half the house back to brick, repointing, structural work such as RSJs/new joists/ceilings, insulating, flat roof replacement, underfloor heating and new water/sewage connections in addition to a new kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and landscaped garden.
Patrick was always full of ideas and invaluable advice throughout so we could tackle any challenges we encountered. His attention to detail certainly prevented several potential issues from becoming problematic at an early stage. Our contractor found his drawings were always very clear and despite not working together previously was able to easily collaborate when needed to achieve the best outcome.
